Description
Frank T. PiggsPresident & Director, Human resources division
The eldest son of John H. Piggs and a talented financial strategist, Frank T. Piggs was named president of the corporation when his father retired and kept only his title of chief executive officer. With just over 8 years at the head of the finance division and almost has many years at the operations division before that, Piggs had everything necessary to take his father's place and pursue his dreams.
A dedicated workaholic, he accepted in 2002 to take the lead of the human resources division and keep his place as president. He proudly proclaimed that he loved his new role mainly because he now had the power to destroy the future of anyone who would dare to confront him.
At the end of 2004, following the finance division director Bill D. Cochon advices, he fired 4,600 employees, mainly in the production and transport division of the corporation. He declared that he didn't really care about what would happen to those people and their families, that only the corporation was important to it's president's eyes. He added that he considered this decision to be one of the best he ever made.
